Supervise day- to-day product management for the digital advisory platform & tool (esp consumer facing mobile/ online channel), such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, getting buy-in and remove obstacles to achieve business results.
Work closely with markets to craft out, streamline and strengthen the end to end wealth advisory customer journey for both manned and digital channel that adhere to Citi's integrated risk, control and governance framework
Identify, communicate and manage risks, issues and dependencies that may impact the successful delivery of product/ feature
Translate business requirements into product requirement/ user stories/ use cases. Ensure development and technology team understands the context and specifications to deliver quality product within timeline
Knowledge/Experience/Technical skills:
5+ years of experience
Knowledge in wealth management, especially in wealth consumer-facing mobile products
Understanding of client experience and journey mapping
Strong experience in digital product management, or management consulting
Broad and diverse function experience in change management
Competency with Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, word
