Job Description

Summary:

• Basic salary up $2500
• Location: Lavender
• Working day: 5 days ( office hour)
• AWS + VB

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
• Data entry and processing of vendor/customer invoices.
• Checking, matching and verifying invoices.
• Reconciling vendor/customer statement of account.
• Maintain proper documentation of filing.
• Inventory data entry - receive, transfer, adjustment, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Additional Information:

• Possess at least Professional Certificate/ NiTEC / Diploma
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and fax machines
