Roles & Responsibilities As the API Engineer of KKday, you will cooperate with the Taiwan R&D teams on the development and maintenance of marketing and cross-industry cooperation projects meanwhile speedily expand KKday's business to Singapore. The biggest difference of being an R&D engineer in KKday Singapore is that you will be very close to users and the market, also participate in the decision-making of important projects, never the last you will cooperate with overseas colleagues on new projects, these will lead you to explore diversity environment in Travel eCommerce platform.
You will be incharge of: 1. Develop third party system integration, our co-worker including Google, Atome etc 2. Develop more on third party payment based on Singapore market trends.
3. Assist on marketing events, such as: Develop new features for local activities.
4. Connecting with supplier, local vendor, internal stakeholders (Sales, Android Developer, IOS Developer).
You will have the opportunities to face more challenging task, which are no limited to:
1. Participate in the analysis, design planning and development of new projects from 0-1. 2. In response to KKday's fast-growing business, you will be independently responsible for system design, development, and flexible systems that can meet our business needs.
3. Import new technologies, optimize the structure and workflow and improve the quality and efficiency of teamwork.
[Requirements] Basic requirements - Coding

• Fluent in english, able to write and communicate
• 2 years above in back-end developer experience
• Familiar with RESTful concept, and experience in API Integration
• Familiar with PHP and any PHP framework such as Laravel, Lumen
• Experience in Github or other version control tool
• Experience in database usage experience (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MariaDB) *MUST
• Experience in Cached database usage experience (Redis / Memcached) would be preferred

• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Familiar with Git Flow
• Familiar with LNMP stacks
• Familiar with Docker
• Experience in unit testing and automation testing
• Experience in code review
• Experience in CI/CD
• Experience in open source project develop
• Experience in independent design and development of systems
• Understand the knowledge of Money Flow concept
• Armed with a bachelor or master of Information Related Department
