Orchestrating in Area sustainability leads and cross-functional teams, you\'ll align stakeholders and champion cloud solutions that deliver tangible outcomes for customers around sustainability. Your expertise will direct the team to engage executives, qualify opportunities, and facilitate impactful sustainability engagements, leveraging Amazon\'s mechanisms. Cultivating an environment of excellence, you\'ll inspire your team to embrace challenges, think strategically, and deliver exceptional results, shaping the future of sustainability within and beyond the organization.The right candidate will have experience delivering sustainability - climate related, circular economy-based engagements for enterprise customers, and leading high-performing teams. This includes demonstrated experience in developing solutions to customer opportunities and issues, a proven track record of driving multiple simultaneous projects to meet customer business objectives, excellent project management skills, a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, strong data and metrics bias, a background in corporate sustainability, a good understanding of cloud solutions, and a passion for helping customers transform using cloud technologies.Corporate priorities are shifting to balance economic uncertainty through spending controls while investing in digital transformation initiatives that enable agile, flexible, and sustainable business operations with personalized user experiences.
