Job Description

s :

Preparation of detailed design reports, calculations and drawings. Planning, scheduling and supervision of execution of site works.
. Carry out structural design analysis and calculations.


Coordination with other disciplines in preparation of design deliveries. Design management, coordination and project control on major projects.
. Participate in the tendering processes and monitors the work of contractors and subcontractors;


Provide technical advise and supervision to site personnel to ensure work on site is carried out according to specifications and requirements.
. Maintain overall records of incoming and outgoing documents, drawing registers, RFI and shop drawings to ISO standard compliance;


. Review and approve contractor's shop drawings and material submissions.


Oversees the daily construction activities at the work site to meet the project progress and quality goals. Responsible for making sure that the work and the materials used in construction meet the specifications. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent;


. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.


Architectural knowledge, BCSS and other relevant certification wil be an advantage. Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures. Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills, team-player Have good knowledge of common engineering design software. Good project management skills and strong analytical skills * Able to work under pressure with good time management skill.
