Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Promptly address software issues reported by clients, ensuring swift resolution and providing timely updates on the status of ongoing support cases
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and expedite issue resolution
Deliver technical support and assistance through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and in-house platform
Utilize support ticketing systems to meticulously track and manage support cases, ensuring accuracy and currency of information
