to support our clients in implementing and optimizing AppDynamics Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT operations, software deployment, and enterprise application support, along with a strong customer-facing mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure AppDynamics products in enterprise environments.
Work closely with technical leads, project managers, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.
Provide technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for performance issues.
Customize dashboards and configure performance metrics tailored to client environments.
Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to ensure application performance standards.
Deliver documentation and training to customer teams post-implementation.
Provide feedback to internal product teams for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years in IT, software development, system administration, or application support.
Proficient in Java or .NET-based application environments.
Familiarity with J2EE, LAMP stack, or Microsoft .NET frameworks.
Experience deploying and configuring enterprise software and application monitoring tools.
Working knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and shell scripting.
Experience with APM tools such as AppDynamics, DynaTrace, New Relic, RiverBed, CA APM, Splunk, or DataDog is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis skills.
* Ability to understand infrastructure layers: OS, network, storage, and cloud (AWS/Azure).
