We are looking for an Apple IT administrator in our Singapore office to manage our fleet of employees' laptops and their security and compliance.
The IT administrator of our dreams would:

• Maintain and improve the centralized management of our Apply laptops, currently via JAMF
• Ensure our managed software packages are kept up to date
• Ensure devices OS are kept up to date
• Provide some support to employees for technical issues, in-person and remotely (we are a distributed company with half of the team based outside of Singapore!)
• Improve our internal documentation to help users to fix their issues by themselves
• Investigate and propose solutions to improve our automation and devices security
• Help improve our Data Loss Protection
• Manage our hardware stock and health
• Help create various users accounts and accesses via our in-house automation tools and improve them.

You are a good fit if you:

• Love Apple hardware and have a good knowledge of macOS
• Have at least a couple of years of experience managing a fleet of devices at scale via an MDM solution, and are familiar with Apple Business Manager and DEP.
• Have some scripting knowledge
• Like having some autonomy, are willing to learn and improve
• Have experience securing macOS systems

Would be a plus but not necessary:

• Experience with JAMF Pro
• Some knowledge of tools such as Ansible, AutoPkgr, Cososys EPP, Avast cloud
• Some experience with advanced firewalling in macOS
