Project Management
Responsible for managing end-to-end IT project lifecycles -- from requirements, design, development, testing, and training to implementation and documentation. Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and resources while maintaining quality and risk control. Oversee project progress, manage dependencies, and handle scope or schedule changes effectively. Drive process improvement by analyzing business systems, identifying gaps, and standardizing workflows. Provide application and integration support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLAs are met through coordination with IT and business teams. Engage stakeholders to align expectations, communicate technical challenges clearly, and support UAT and user training.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field Min 2+ years' in IT application projects, business analysis skills, eCommerce, CMS, CRM, ideally in retail industry.
