You step into our IT delivery area, Digital Customer Excellence, where we develop IT solutions in close collaboration with our ‘Group Marketing and Sales’ and ‘Group Service’ organization. We strive to deliver world class IT solutions that supports Grundfos Digital presence making sure our customer needs are in line with our IT strategies. You refer to IS Manager, René Lehmann Pultz Knudsen.
"What few people know is that Grundfos IT is a quite big IT division within the worlds biggest pump company. We constellate approximately 700 people working with IT as a full time profession, enabling Grundfos digital needs in anything from ERP solutions, like finance and production, to digital self service solutions faced towards customers. We have lots of technologies, exciting challenges and opportunities in a global setup which is also reflected in our department. We work closely together to deliver globally and across many different cultures and ways of working. Despite being based in several global locations, we have an incredible team spirit and a flat hierarchy where we help each other and share our knowledge,” René explains.
What is the job about?
This position is part of the Digital Customer Excellence Value chain, which accounts for ~60% of Grundfos’s annual revenue. We are organized into individual (Scrum) Product Teams who are empowered to innovate and to support the products in the group.
You will be joining the Service Product Team, who is focused on the product related to service management and energy optimization. The person who will be in this position will be accountable on the innovation that would like to be realized in the product using his or her knowledge on the domains. He or she, together with the product team, will also be responsible for the continuous development and discovery of the product, working closely with customers, users, and stakeholders to maximize value for everyone.
