IT Business Consultant, Digital Customer Excellence – Product Team Service

You step into our IT delivery area, Digital Customer Excellence, where we develop IT solutions in close collaboration with our ‘Group Marketing and Sales’ and ‘Group Service’ organization. We strive to deliver world class IT solutions that supports Grundfos Digital presence making sure our customer needs are in line with our IT strategies. You refer to IS Manager, René Lehmann Pultz Knudsen.

We constellate approximately 700 people working with IT as a full time profession, enabling Grundfos digital needs in anything from ERP solutions, like finance and production, to digital self service solutions faced towards customers. What is the job about? This position is part of the Digital Customer Excellence Value chain, which accounts for ~60% of Grundfos’s annual revenue. We are organized into individual (Scrum) Product Teams who are empowered to innovate and to support the products in the group. You will be joining the Service Product Team, who is focused on the product related to service management and energy optimization. The person who will be in this position will be accountable on the innovation that would like to be realized in the product using his or her knowledge on the domains. He or she, together with the product team, will also be responsible for the continuous development and discovery of the product, working closely with customers, users, and stakeholders to maximize value for everyone. In the team, we have a strong spirit of collaboration, working closely with our users, customers and stakeholders around the world. We also foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, where we both learn from one another, as well as share what we know and the new things we learn. We take on a positive, respectful, learning, and experimental viewpoint, which we see as key to our ability to innovate as an Agile organization. Some travel activities must be expected.
What do you need to apply?

• Preferably, you need relevant bachelor's degree with at least 1 – 4 years of professional experience as an IT Business Consultant (or similar role)
• Demonstrates the ability to understand, read, write, and speak the English language.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, conceptual, and communication skills
• Strong coordination, collaboration, and facilitation skills, able to bring all stakeholders on the same page and towards the same goal
• Strong ability to understand business needs and perspectives
• Experience participating in the development and delivery of scalable and maintainable systems end-to-end, from specification, analysis, design, working with developers, testing, deployment, and support
• Experience in application consultancy, CI lifecycle management, operational security, and IT security management
• Familiar with software asset management, support, and training

Experience or familiarization in the following is a plus, but not a must:

• Working in a Scrum Team as a Team Member
• Working as a Software Developer
• Java platform
• Test automation and specification by example
• SAP (Systems Applications and Products) Customer Service, or other modules
• Integrating and designing Web Service APIs (Application Program Interface)
• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Microsoft Power Apps
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• iOS and mobile app development
