Responsibilities

• Provide multiple web portals application support and user administration tasks from investigation through resolution to closure against SLA.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to provide innovative and cost-effective IT solutions to meet business objectives and timeline, continually evaluate solution approaches and risks and make improvements.
• Analyze, design, develop and document customer requirements or problems to provide quality solution and coding for Change Request (bug fix or enhancement).
• Develop and review systems specifications, test plans, test results, technical documentation and computer system validation (CSV) according to corporate standards and guidelines.
• Ensure solution delivered is properly tested and meet specifications and timeline from development to deployment. Support unit testing, SIT, UAT effort and resolve technical issues when required.
• Providing technical support, good services and timely response to clients and internal users, including preparation of user manual and conduct training.
• Providing technical support and maintenance of application servers.
• Conduct system and performance management, application vulnerability management and control, software release management.
• Helpdesk function backup.
• Able to support outside regular office hours.

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in web application development.
• Strong technical knowledge in MS SQL Databases.
• Experience with IIS and apache server.
• Experience with LDAP authentication.
• Full stack development with backend framework ASP.NET core and any Frontend development React or Angular.
• Understand common design patterns such as MVC with any prior knowledge or implementation being advantageous.
• Experience in integration with ERP systems including SAP will be an advantage.
• Experience with python will be an advantage.
