Job Responsibilities:

Provide ERP Project Implementation and Consultancy Services. Plan Project Schedule and Deliverables. Analyze and document customers' business requirement. Identify, evaluate and propose ERP Solutions to customers. Setup and Configure ERP Solutions based on customers' requirements. Assist in System Integration, Programs Testing and Customize Reports. Conduct Software Training and Coaching. Work with team members in delivering solutions. Provide post-implementation and helpdesk support. Comply with ERP Methodology. Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:

Diploma or University Degree in Accountancy, Business, IT or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years' experience of ERP Project Implementation. Fresh Graduates are welcome. Must have product knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Must have implemented at least 2 Full NAV Implementation. Good knowledge in Financial Accounting. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent consultancy skills and keen in building customer relationships. Able to work in fast pace environment and deliver quality work. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Proficiency in English is essential.
