Job Description

As an Application Developer (Curam), you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business and technical requirements. This role involves active participation in design and build decisions, cross-team collaboration, and delivery of scalable, maintainable solutions. You will also serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior developers and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and configure applications based on business and technical needs. Build innovative and efficient solutions aligned with organizational goals. Conduct thorough testing, validation, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical input. Offer technical guidance and solutions for complex development challenges. Ensure compliance with build, configuration, and release management standards. Mentor junior developers and promote best practices. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Proficiencies:

Advanced proficiency in Build Management, Configuration & Release Management, and Design & Build Enablement Intermediate proficiency in Curam (IBM Social Program Management Platform) Strong programming experience in Java / J2EE Solid understanding of application architecture, integration, and deployment processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 4+ years of experience with the IBM Curam Social Program Management (SPM) framework Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills"
