Responsible for all aspects of software development for applications in the external API domain. Applications include the API Gateway (Axway). Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering Hands-on experience and deep technical knowledge and skills in the following technologies: Web API programming (preference for Axway API Gateway, other products can be considered) Java programming Groovy / Javascript experience preferred Web Portal (preference for Axway API Portal, other products on Joomla can be considered) Middleware (IBM MQ, Connect Direct, Control-M) experience preferred Infrastructure (Linux, databases such as Oracle, Cassandra and MariaDB) Web Security (SSL, JWT, JKS, OAuth, SAML, Threat Protection, Cryptography, WS-Security) experience preferred DevOps (Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube) experience preferred Experience in an Application Development role for large/complex projects involving multiple technologies experience with container-based technology (e.g. OpenShift) is a plus Experience in project Software Development Methodology - initiation, planning, tracking, requirement analysis, design, development, testing, implementation on open systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment A good communicator in speaking and writing
