Application Developer Duties & Responsibilities

• Interacting with project team to understand the requirements and help define solutions to address the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
• Provide assistance and support with technical L3 code related issues
• Produce Technical and code documentation
• Develop Java based applications and Backend Jobs
• Experience in preparing project deliverables such as Technical Design Document, etc.
• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral with cross-cultural competence.

Job Qualifications/ Skills Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or similar field or equivalent in a technical field
• Minimum 2 yrs. of experience as IT Consultant and Java Development experience.
• Quick learning and self-motivated.
• Experience in Java programming
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of web platform software (Windows), database software (MYSQL or Oracle)
• Customer service oriented
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong experience in development of multi-tier applications using J2EE.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral with cross-cultural competence.
• Knowledgeable of common developer tool sets such as Java, XML, JSON, REST, Spring, etc. considered a plus
• Participates in code reviews. Prepares and executes unit tests.
• Experience in best practices for API development and design patterns
• Experience in building SOAP and RESTful services
