21 June 2024We are seeking an Application Developer to participate in the development and support a project with our client for custom built applications.Mandatory Skill(s)

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering and / or Computer Science;
• At least 3 years of experience in software development using NodeJS, Angular, MariaDB (MySQL);
• Familiar with Agile/ Scrum development practices and productivity tools like Jira and confluence;
• Independent and proactive with analytical mindset and good problem solving skills;
• Ability to communicate and present technical information in a clear and unambiguous manner;
• Strong ability to work independently and cooperate with diverse teams in a multiple stakeholders environment.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Past working experience in banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code;
• Translate software requirements into stable, high-performance applications using Node.js, Angular, and MariaDB (MySQL);
• Ensure thorough documentation and adequate test coverage for software packages and programs;
• Collaborate closely with internal technical teams for issue investigation, testing, and deployment management;
• Manage Release Management processes, including initiating Change Requests and scheduling fixes and enhancements;
• Conduct root cause analysis, facilitate management communication, and nurture client relationships alongside Infrastructure Service Support team members;
• Ensure adherence to life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines for all production changes;
• Provide application support and oversee deployment of releases, patches, and fixes;
• Analyze application performance, conduct tuning activities, and maintain platform high availability and stability.
