Qualifications and Profile:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of software development experience with expertise in leading technical design from inception.
Excellent understanding of recent Java features and experience in Java 8 development with multi-threading principles.
Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
Experience with SQL Server or any other RDBMS for at least 5 years.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to debug complex code.
Good to have:
Familiarity with Apache Storm/Flink/Spark and cloud computing technologies.
Experience in parallel processing of message transformation pipelines to fPML, JSON, and key/value formats.
Proficiency in Kafka publishing/distribution and microservices-based technology.
Expertise in performance tuning, optimizations, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience with Jira or other issue tracking systems.
