• Position Title: Field Application Engineer (Software)/ Software Engineer
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance $100 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation of image processing solutions (for FPGA, CPU, GPU) for customers
• Implementation of graphical FPGA programming language VisualApplets supplemented by C/C++ or Python-based code will be used
• Provide guidance and conduct training of the company vTools software to customers
• Working closely together with the sales team to provide pre-and post-sales support to customers
• Creation of specifications and document workflow or documentation for customers\xe2\x80\x99 project
• Communication with customer for clarification of technical details
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Programming knowledge in C/C++, Python
• Knowledge and experience in algorithm-based image processing
• Knowledge and experience with AI-based image processing
• FPGA background knowledge, Matlab, Halcon, image processing libraries e.g OpenCV (Preferred)
• Some travel within the region is expected
