Responsibilities

Based on the client\'s requirements, suggest a suitable Mazak machine model and option.
Make concept proposals for fixtures, tooling lists, and time studies for the machining of customer workpieces.
Creating a machining program, performing a cut test on a customer\'s workpiece, and meeting requirements.
Customers should receive operating and programming instruction.
On-site support for workpiece test cuts, runoff, and new machine commissioning
Give customers technical support over the phone or in person.
Get the machine ready for a gathering, an event, or a showroom display.

Requirements

Proficient in using Solidworks and experienced on Hypermill or MasterCAM or NX
Must have sound engineering background & application knowledge in metal cutting principles and techniques in a machine shop or manufacturing environment
Coupled with this experience, the candidate will require excellent communication & presentation skills, both written and oral and have a high degree of self-motivation.
