Responsibilities:

• Pre-sales support to Sales personnel i.e. quotation, proposal costing, technical meeting and presentation to customers
• Perform B2B distribution for electrical/explosion proof products, industrial safety solutions etc
• Review and analyze product configurations and components
• Perform design and prepare engineering drawings, engineering calculations i.e. drafting
• Provide technical support and propose alternative technical solutions
• Handle project documentation
• Build principal relationship and provide feedback on service and products enhancements accordingly
• Liaison and strengthen relationships with customers
• Monitor orders and project execution schedule to ensure smooth delivery
• Source and work with vendors for parts or non-agency products

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience
• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Knowledgeable in products involving cables and accessories, explosion proof products and/or industrial safety solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCad
• Able to work independently and in a team
