and they are looking for anApplication Engineer, Gearmotor
that requires the candidate withboth technical expertise and customer interaction capabilities
toeffectively deliver technical application
in theAPAC
region (based in Singapore).Moreover, the position requires a blend of
adaptability, problem-solving skills and a strong drive
.Furthermore, the individual is responsible for
managing all metrics, evaluations and feedback
and alsoestablishing processes and methodologies
to ensure thesuccessful delivery of company's technical application.
*Candidates MUST HAVE gearmotor / IGU (Industrial Gear Unit) application experience
This role has no work pass / visa sponsorship
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
Regional application/technical support
for Southeast Asia, including direct sales & channel partners To do joint visit with salespeople / channel partner, either locally or regionally Tocoordinate, manage and solve service-related issue of gearmotor and IGU
To provide calculation of the relevant application data based on the given values To review and research of the possible customer potential To dodirect clarification with the customer by telephone in case of uncertainties
Tohandle comprehensive technical and commercial support based on customer demand
To beinvolved in R&D stage of customer project
To dojoint design of complex applications internally (China / HQ)
To do independent execution of the TASK solutions To docross-departmental coordination of solution finding internally (China / HQ)
Toenter the solution into SAP & DMS system
To check customer request for technical completeness and if necessary, create standard template based on different application Todisseminate product update and to promote successful application
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering with 3-5 years' experience gained within relevant industry
Process previousexperience using rotating equipment software sizing tools
to generate quotations, drawings and technical datasheetsExceptional written, verbal communication and public speaking skills
with strong facilitation and influencing skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and eLearning applications Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric, able to work independentlyHands-on experience with rotating equipment will be an advantage
Experience in technical subject matter content of Power Transmission / rotating equipment / gearboxes / motors / inverters will be added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
