Job Responsibilities
Perform application support on related assigned solution.
Provide technical support to customers on product applications and troubleshooting.
Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure user requirements are met and deployed in a timely manner.
Monitor and respond to open tickets submitted through the incident management system, proactively following up on reported issues.
Develop reports, procedures, and plans associated with application development, and provide ongoing support and sustenance.
Keep abreast of technology trends through participation in lectures, conferences, and trade publications, applying insights to enhance application development.
Maintain strong professional relationships with internal departments to support cross-functional collaboration.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Experience in Web or Windows Gaming/ Graphics Development would be an added advantage.
Have knowledge in C#.NET development and SQL Server.
Familiar with either of the following skillsets/ areas TypeScript, XNA, React, JavaScript.
Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
Good attitude, hardworking and willing to learn.
The job might require the candidate to travel locally and overseas.
Able to work independently and sensitive to deadline.
