Job Description
Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Application Engineer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing application support to both internal/external stakeholders regarding equipment and applications
- Responsible for providing evaluation/recommendation of the various products and solutions for new applications with respect to the various customer’s specification
- Responsible for resolving the various application issues faced by both internal/external stakeholders
- Responsible for the liaison with the company’s global stakeholders with regards to product-related matters
- In charge of supporting the company’s internal departments with regards to technical related matters/issues
- In charge of troubleshooting the various issues at hand and conducting the required problem solving in engineering application.
- In charge of conducting the relevant & customized product presentation to the various customers
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in relevant fields of Engineering (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (preferably in handling Hoses, Gaskets, and other related products)
- Required to work at the customer’s site when needed
