Job Description
#The role is to support and maintain the office network systems(Microsoft, Lotus Notes, Firewall, Leased / ADSL lines, etc).# MUST has experience on Microsoft and servers.# Software programming , SAPJob Requirements
- Supporting and maintaining the office network systems (Microsoft, Lotus Notes, Firewall, Leased / ADSL lines, etc)
- Assist with diagnosing & resolving problems with servers, desktops, networks & all other related equipment.
- Servicing of users requests and providing support for all in-house software requirements.
- Carrying out the Maintain and upgrading of the office systems (network, servers, desktops & related equipment / software).
- Possess Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent.
- Min 2 years Experience in supporting network services , desktops , notebooks and software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (server & client), Lotus Notes / Domino and other software applications.
- Database applications such as Microsoft SQL or SAP will be an added advantage.
