Roles & Responsibilities The Project Manager is responsible to deliver the product to customer site. His/her responsibilities include stakeholder management, planning for project requirements management, drafting product fit-gap report, working with customer to coordinate implementation and execution of project. He/she will work with key stakeholders to ensure good implementation and outcomes, realising the product value proposition into actual project site implementation. He/she will handle the customer change management, revenue collection and implementation satisfaction
Responsibilities

• 
  Engage and influence project stakeholders at the Project Steering Committee level, drive decision and planning at the Project Management Committee and Working Committee level.
• Apply Agile methodology to new project rollout where applicable to achieve quick-wins.
• Provide structured clear tracking of project concerns and escalate timely to senior management or PMO for issue intervention and risk mitigations.
• Hands-on risk management with project partners and customers to achieve quality and timely outcomes.

Requirements:

• 
  Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT related discipline
• Min 10 years of software development and IT project management
• Experience in Java with at least 4 years hands-on in application developments and at least another 4 years in management of IT product delivery across time zones.
• Experience in maritime or logistics industry
• Familiar in working with government, regulatory agencies; possess working experience with these agencies or large customers for project management and implementation rollout.
• Experience in cloud developments
• Result driven with good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to manage conversations across different levels of stakeholders
