Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to complex trading strategies.
• Maintain and support Linux server applications and Windows client applications.
• Utilize Linux command line tools (e.g., grep, sed, awk) for effective system management.
• Perform complex log file analysis to diagnose and fix issues.
• Collaborate with a global team to ensure seamless application performance across distributed architectures.
• Support applications connecting to major global derivatives exchanges (e.g., CME, EUREX, SGX).
• Leverage knowledge of exchange protocols such as OmNet, ITCH/OUCH, and FIX to optimize application performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Linux-based server applications and command line tools.
• Strong skills in complex log file analysis.
• Passion for learning and working with low-latency and algorithmic trading technologies.
• Experience supporting applications that connect to major global derivatives exchanges.
• Knowledge of exchange protocols such as OmNet, ITCH/OUCH, and FIX is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
