Transaction failures
Billing discrepancies
Authorization issues Perform
L1 and L2 application support
including ticket resolution, incident tracking, and status updates.
Run and monitor
batch jobs
using
Control-M
, ensuring timely completion of end-of-day processes.
Collaborate with
L3 support
, infrastructure, and development teams for complex issue resolution.
Conduct
data fixes
, impact analysis, and live data validations.
Generate and share regular
MIS reports
and support business queries.
Participate in
audit, risk, and compliance
reviews as per regulatory standards.
Ensure high system availability, minimal downtime, and adherence to SLAs.

Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in VisionPLUS support or mainframe-based card systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator and team player.
Willingness to work in
24/7 rotational shifts
