Application Support Analyst [ L1 / L2 | Entry Level | Perm ]

Job Description
- Up to $7,000 + Bonus (depending on experience & skills)
- Experienced in providing L1/L2 Application Support to End-Users
- Openings for entry level are also available; Training Provided
- Provide application support to end users and perform daily health monitoring, system capacity review and allocation of adequate capacity
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and database issues
- Maintain Service Level Agreement documentation
- Assist with Incident Resolution and user complains
- Escalate problems and issues to relevant department
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
- Level 1/2 application support experience is an advantage
- Ability to provide rotating 24/7 (after hours) application support depending on operational needs
- Experience in .Net / Sharepoint / SAP (MM/SD/FI/CO/HCM) modules will be advantageous.
