DESCRIPTION

EPAM Singapore is looking for Application Support Analyst to join the security technical team and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence. You will leverage your keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and prioritize incident resolutions. You will also play an important role in planning and delivering cost-optimized solutions, managing implementations, automation, and production support.

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO

• Support and monitor the client\xe2\x80\x99s critical access management solutions, synchronization/provisioning workflows and infrastructure components through the complete IPM lifecycle
• Analyze recurring failures and events as part of continuous service improvement and eliminate top demands using cutting-edge RPA & AI tools
• Manage knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository
• Coordinate with different internal teams and/or external parties to conduct and manage special events

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• 5 years of relevant experience in access management or security IT
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities and work under pressure
• Possess automation or application development experience
• Good understanding of Agile or any other SDLC methodology
• Good understanding of the ITIL Service Operations process
• Familiarity with Service Management tools like Service Now to log and track incidents and service requests
• Working knowledge of SailPoint, Splunk, AppDynamics or IPsoft is preferred
