EPAM Singapore is looking for Application Support Analyst to join the security technical team and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence. You will leverage your keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues and prioritize incident resolutions. You will also play an important role in planning and delivering cost-optimized solutions, managing implementations, automation, and production support.
WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO
Support and monitor the client\xe2\x80\x99s critical access management solutions, synchronization/provisioning workflows and infrastructure components through the complete IPM lifecycle
Analyze recurring failures and events as part of continuous service improvement and eliminate top demands using cutting-edge RPA & AI tools
Manage knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository
Coordinate with different internal teams and/or external parties to conduct and manage special events
WHAT YOU HAVE
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
5 years of relevant experience in access management or security IT
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities and work under pressure
Possess automation or application development experience
Good understanding of Agile or any other SDLC methodology
Good understanding of the ITIL Service Operations process
Familiarity with Service Management tools like Service Now to log and track incidents and service requests
Working knowledge of SailPoint, Splunk, AppDynamics or IPsoft is preferred
