IT Support Analyst is required to be running as the IT contact point and to be involved in identifying and managing IT application related incidents.

Role and Responsibilities

• Application Support Analyst provides application support to users. The candidate is expected to pose a structured and analytical approach to the identification, diagnosis and rectification of user reported issues.

a) Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support.

b) Log, escalate and follow through with issues.

c) Simulate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.

d) Coordinate activities to identify, diagnose and rectify problems

e) Document standard operating procedure for application troubleshooting.

He/She is required to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. The candidate should display willingness to learn and is committed to provide service level excellence in everything that he / she does. He / She is expected to be able to articulate effectively and work well within a team.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of technical / application support experience.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage.

• Knowledge with IT infrastructure, EUC will be an advantage.

• Diploma / Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
