Direct ResponsibilitiesAs a team member of APS , he/she will:
Provide L1/L2 Application support to end-users
Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures
Provide a high level of customer services and maintains customerxe2x80x99s trust and confidence by creating positive customer relationships
Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap
Maintain knowledge articles.
Contributing Responsibilities
Assist on DR, BCP exercise and patching cycles
Technical & Behavioral CompetenciesTechnical
With basic AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills
Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis
Familiar with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and has the ability to interact with a diverse group.
Proactive, positive attitude and desire to work as a team and help the team to achieve its objective
Specific Qualifications (if required)
At least 7 years of experience in Banking industry as an IT Production L1/L2 support
With good knowledge and experience in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange)
With good knowledge on general ledger and general accounting schemes of financial products
Knowledge and experience in supporting Olympic banking system is a strong plus
