Application Support Analyst
/ Requirements / Skills
Proficient in C#, NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET (Core), MVC, Web API, Entity Framework (Core) and SQL Server.
Good knowledge of Cloud computing, e.g. Azure, AWS.
Good knowledge of performance optimization.
Good at documentation, preparing technical proposals, conducting technical discussion.
Experience in support triage, incident management, problem management.
ITIL v3/v4 will be advantageous.
