This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client
Work Location: Thomson Road Salary Range : $3,000-$4,000
1. Perform the day-to-day activities of the Operations team 2. Coordinate with managers to develop, establish and maintain project management standards and procedures 3. Investigate application issues and tickets raised by users. 4. Communicate application fixes with offshore development team 5. Coordinate verification and testing of the application fixes. 6. Provide updates to leads on the progress of tickets.
Fresh Graduate will be accepted 1. IT related diploma 2. Willing to learn 3. 1 to 2 years experience 4. Good to know any programming languages
