Provide
Level 2/3 application support
for enterprise systems. Troubleshoot issues related to .NET or Java-based applications and SQL databases. Analyze recurring incidents and implement preventive measures. Work closely with development teams to deliver timely fixes and enhancements. Prepare documentation, SOPs, and performance reports. Participate in on-call or shift rotation if required.Requirements
Experience:
3-5 years in Application Support or related role.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in.NET (C#/ASP.NET)
orJava (Spring Boot, J2EE)
. Strong knowledge ofSQL Server / Oracle / MySQL
. Familiar with ITIL, ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently in a client-facing environment. Willing to relocate or commute to Singapore.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
