As our Application Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring our critical business applications run smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
Core Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 technical support for Oracle EBS and our suite of in-house applications
Investigate and resolve complex application issues escalated from Level 1 support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance system performance
Monitor application health and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users
Document solutions and contribute to our growing knowledge base
Participate in exciting implementation and upgrade projects
Conduct user training sessions and create user-friendly guides

What You Bring
Required:
5-7 years of IT experience (application support, system administration, or related fields)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills - ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
Experience with SQL and database querying
Understanding of ITIL practices and incident management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice-to-Have (But We'll Train You!):
Oracle EBS experience (seriously, we'll provide comprehensive training)
Knowledge of PL/SQL, Unix/Linux environments
Experience with integration tools and APIs
ITIL certification
