Job Summary

• Working Hour: Monday - Friday, Office Hour
• Location: West Region

Responsibilities

• Leading development projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Managing development teams, ensuring project goals and deadlines are met.
• Overseeing the testing and deployment of applications.
• Ensuring software quality, performance, and security.
• Maintaining and updating existing applications.
• Implementing best practices and improving development processes.
• Managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• A degree in any field is required.
• Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally within the IT sector supporting operations.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, team-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and implementing solutions.
• Strong organizational skills are necessary, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
