Assist the Department Management in leading a team within the department Possess professional skills in overseeing and handling daily operations Understand management directives and provide support Perform in house application test cut and on site customer support Process development support to customer Process customer claim for abrasive product Provide expertise knowledge on blade / wheel technical support Communicate frequently with headquarters
Requirements:
Competent in product knowledge Degree 10 years relevant working experience in semiconductor industry Proficient in MS office * Pro-active, people & team-oriented
