Job Description

Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Oracle Core and databases across development, testing, and production environments. Perform database installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and migrations. Ensure database availability, performance tuning, and optimization. Implement and manage database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery using RMAN and Data Guard. Manage user access, roles, and security policies. Troubleshoot application and database performance issues and coordinate with development teams for resolution. Troubleshoot Uipath RPA bots, studio and orchestrator issues. Manage UiPath users, roles, and licensing while monitoring job executions and queues. Ensure system health, perform upgrades, and maintain integration between UiPath and enterprise applications.

Requirements:

15 years of extensive experience across Oracle Core DBA, Oracle Apps DBA, and UiPath Administration domains. Possesses extensive expertise in managing complex Oracle database environments, overseeing UiPath automation platforms (UiPath AS) to ensure stability, performance, and scalability across enterprise systems. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL -- performance tuning, replication, and query optimization. Solid understanding of AWS cloud services, particularly RDS, EC2, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch. Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration Solid understanding of RAC, ASM, and Data Guard configurations. Proficient in database backup and recovery, cloning, and patching processes. Hands-on experience in UiPath platform administration (Orchestrator, Robots, Studio). Strong skills in Linux/Unix and Windows environments. Experience with RMAN, OEM, and other database management tools. Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills. * Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
