Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the application development team to deliver high-quality software solutions. Oversee the acquisition, design, and development of software systems across departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of applications and recommend improvements. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in software/application development. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proven experience in managing end-to-end application development projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection standards.
