$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite product application support to customer engineering/process teams
• Develop strong technical relationship with direct customer interface
• Resolve customer on-product related issues with clear problem statement and solution space with supporting data
• Proactively identify potential ASML application product opportunities for customers, get involved in customer evaluation, and ensure efficiency
• Conduct data analysis to ensure that the correct conclusions are drawn from customers acquired experimental data and results reported to ASML and customer
• Participate and/or lead projects which are aimed at supporting customer on specific or new technology node. Involved in drafting Statement of Work and discussion with both customer and product engineering group on defining technical specs and timeline.
• Prepare technical presentations and maintain clear communication both internal and external stakeholders \xe2\x80\x93 keeping them informed of the results and progress
• Conduct onsite basic training and coordinate requested training for customers

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics or Physical Sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
