Application Specialist
Post-sales
- Provide timely product application support, training and reply to inquiries from customers in assigned jobs.
- To handle special request and inquiries with excellency for key customers
- To ensure timely completion of reports for every assigned job
- To research and study a new product and prepare summary and supporting documents which can value-add to the sales team as they approach customers.
- To provide advice to Customer, Sales & CSE team on specifications and configurations suitable for specific applications of the customer
- Assist Sales/Marketing team in product presentation & evaluation.
- To organize new and routine product training sessions for Sales, Applications and CSE staff in Singapore and in the region
- Provide product info & attend to queries from Sales/Marketing, Technical & CSE teams.
- Ensure regulated products supplied are licensed and registered.
- Ensure pharmacovigilance, product alert and recall are communicated and updated to the relevant parties according to timeline and SOP.
- Create and review SOPs of application and CSE teams.
- Research and provide product summaries on new technologies & products which may be of interest to PM/ BM
- Facilitate directions on technologies and area to focus on for R&D
