Responsibilities * Prepares technical specifications, detailing plans and collating technical data through understanding of user requirements to establish dashbox for the engineering system with su Responsibilities Prepares technical specifications, detailing plans and collating technical data through understanding of user requirements to establish dashbox for the engineering system with supervision from senior team members Designs and develops suitable system and solutions to establish data-oriented progress monitoring system and centralise interdisciplinary technical database for project benchmarking Coordinates and participates in project meeting with engineering discipline team members and customers to resolve issues and manage risk in the system throughout the project life cycle Performs studies with engineering discipline team members, customers and consultants to recommend modification and upgrading on the current system with supervision from senior team members Liaises with users to obtain their feedbacks and responses on the current operating systems, working closely with IT team members to improve system performance with supervision from senior team members Works closely with IT engineers to formulate highly complex and improved technical solutions, escalating to senior team members on highly complex system installation and administration activities as required Liaises with subcontractors and vendors to obtain guidance/ manuals for important system installation/ testing to comply with the technical requirement specifications to meet deliverables Provides support in various engineering projects as required to promote cross-functional learning and development, balance team workload and enhance overall team productivity Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Science, Computing, Mathematics or Engineering Preferably 3 years of working experience as Programmer or Analyst Experience working with computer hardware, operating system software and desktop applications Proficiency in Windows 2003 - 2012 Server, Exchange Server 2007+, Active Directory, Group Policies, Patch management, Log management, WSUS, SCCM, VMWare, SolarWinds Possess working knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure concepts covering system, network, storage, backup, security, virtualisation, cloud services and etc. Working knowledge and experience in network troubleshooting, network design and architecture Our Address and work hours Sembcorp Marine Ltd - Tuas Boulevard Yard 80 Tuas South Boulevard, Singapore 637051 (Islandwide transport provided) Mon-Thu: 7.30am - 5.15pm Fri: 7.30am - 4.15pm Sembcorp Marine Ltd - Admiralty Yard 60 Admiralty Road West, Singapore 759947 (Transport provided from Sembawang MRT) Mon-Fri: 8am - 5:30pm Interested candidates are invited to send us an updated resume with your current and expected salary and earliest availability by clicking APPLY NOW'.
