In this business critical role, you will be involved in both technical and business interfacing aspects, engaging with stakeholders across different levels and working closely with the technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a range of business critical systems
- Gather and analyse requirements from users and translate into business requirements
- Analyse existing CRM/ERP system models
- Keep abreast of technical and industry developments
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of SQL and programming languages
