Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,200 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Promote and recommend airside products to building owners, consultants, and contractors
Focus on growing airside sales and increasing market share
Develop long-term relationships with customers
Build strong working relationships with customers, especially key accounts
Increase business with existing accounts and support customer retention
Identify sales opportunities and work with existing and new customers to propose suitable solutions
Update sales forecasts on time in the system
Handle negotiations, address customer concerns, and close sales. Position Trane as a preferred supplier
Carry out other duties as assigned from time to time

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in engineering sales
Experience in the HVAC industry is an advantage
Customer-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
