Job Description

An Appointment Setter contacts potential clients via calls/emails to gauge interest, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for sales reps, acting as the crucial first touchpoint in the sales process by handling initial outreach, managing CRM data, overcoming objections, and ensuring qualified prospects enter the sales pipeline efficiently, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email, and social media.

Lead Qualification:

Use frameworks to assess if leads fit the ideal customer profile (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).

Meeting Scheduling:

Book appointments for Sales Executives and manage calendars effectively.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate client data and track all interactions in the CRM.

Objection Handling:

Persuade prospects to agree to meetings by addressing concerns and highlighting value.

Product Knowledge:

Develop deep understanding of company offerings to effectively pitch benefits.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Communication:

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.

Persuasion:

Ability to influence and overcome objections.

Organization:

Strong time management and attention to detail.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency with CRM software (like Salesforce) and MS Office.

Resilience:

Ability to handle rejection professionally.
