Job Description

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our sales team in the US. This is a remote position and will play a major role in the company's continued growth and expansion. A successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process, has the ability to think on your feet while presenting a confident pitch to engage the opportunity.The Benefits:

The Role:

• You will set up appointment calls from leads and set up meetings for a potential sales deal. You will be trained to follow the sales process and the essential details of our products and services.
• You will communicate our value proposition to decision makers and qualify them for potential sales opportunities. You will schedule meeting between the decision makers and our sales representative.
• You will respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text in expected situations, schedule meetings, and manage work calendars.

The Requirements:

• Must exhibit excellent communication skills and be able to build an authentic rapport with people
• Must have experience with CRM and Customer service software tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.
• Must have experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Crunchbase, etc.
• Must have at least 1 year relevant experience in appointment setting
• Must have experience doing outbound calls for sales
• Must posses a positive attitude an be able to work independently
• Prior experience in hospitality, software, or sales (preferred but not required)
