Job Purpose
Allianz Apprenticeship programme is a 12-month programme. The objective of this programme is to attract, develop, and retain talented individuals who will become future leaders in the company, while also fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment. The programme will commence in mid-April 2026. Business Functions: Operations
What you do
You will support the Regional Ops Team in strengthening the organization's resilience capabilities across the region.
This includes assisting in the implementation and coordination on Ops Risk requirements across all domains such as Incident Coordination (IC), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management (CM), Physical Security Management (PSM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) as well as Group initiatives and Global Safeguarding projects support and regional coordination.
The role provides hands-on exposure to resilience governance, risk oversight, and operational coordination within a multi-OEs environment.
Involvement in a Sustainability year-long project for all apprentices, with final presentation at AZAP Stand-up or the Board Members.
Job Rotation
Apprentice will be rotated (2 week stints) through other Ops areas namley Organization Management, Customer Experience, Ops Transformation, and Ops Sustainability
Mentorship Programme:
Apprentice will be mentored by Regional Head of Ops and Cx. Bi-Monthly 1-to-1 sessions (30 min) will be scheduled.

• Recent graduate (between 2024-2026) from any local polytechnic in Singapore,
• The ability to bring new ideas and perspectives, which can lead to innovative solutions and approaches within the organization.
• Eagerness to Learn and take initiatives in projects and tasks.
• Flexibility and open to change in a dynamic work environment.
• AI-skills e.g. ChatGPT and Copilot an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
