Experience in a customer-facing role for implementation or troubleshooting/problem-solving of technology. Ability to understand, prioritize and escalate customer issues when necessary. Ability to establish a trusted advisor relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. A passion for helping others, with a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.What will I be doing? Become an Aptly expert to help our customers to implement the product to meet their unique needs. Ensure a great customer product experience by making Aptly easy to understand and use, while reliable and bug-free. Work directly with product and engineering teams to identify issues and synthesizing the feedback from customers to direct the product roadmap Solve a problem that others have had trouble understanding. Monitoring and improving page load speed, addressing crawl errors, and managing page updates Managing new and existing technology integrations to support the website and digital marketing initiatives Ensuring a consistent visitor experience, free of errors and interruptions Contributing to strategic planning and setting objectivesEnglish Exam Score (AMCAT): The score ranges from 100-900 with 420 as the passing score (535 and higher is ideal)Language Assessment Rating: Above average, need to be very proficient in English.Bonus skills... Want to stand out from the rest of the candidates? If you have any of these skills then you will definitely get our attention: Experience working in property management for single-family or multifamily properties. Experience in a customer success role for a SaaS product centered around communication, CRM, task management, or property management.Technical Requirements:

  • Complete Computer Desktop Set or Laptop - Intel G3240 processes or faster, 4GB RAM and 500 GB HDD minimum
  • 18.5" Led Monitor - or larger. The second monitor may be required for certain job descriptions
  • Webcam or other video monitoring for meetings and/or supervision
  • Reliable Internet with 1MB upload speed minimum (necessary for quality Internet phone conversations).
  • Reliable power connection with UPS (battery backup).
