About the Role

Join our team of dedicated

Aquatic Safety Officers

and help create a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors at our swimming complexes. You'll play a vital role in supervising pool activities, responding to emergencies, and upholding safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise swimmers and ensure pool safety through active surveillance Perform water rescues and provide first aid when required Enforce pool rules and ensure users comply with safety regulations Conduct routine safety inspections and report any hazards or defects Carry out water quality testing and ensure compliance with operational standards Maintain professionalism and discipline while on duty

Requirements

Possess a Bronze Medallion / Pool Lifeguard Award from the Singapore Life Saving Society (SLSS) Hold a valid Standard First Aid Certificate accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC) Meet the organisation's Lifeguard Induction and Annual Proficiency Assessment standards Physically fit, alert, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
