Job Description
Our Client is a reputable MNC looking for a Credit Controller, this role will be based overseas in Shanghai
Job Scope
- Manage the inbound financial services team (Team of 6)
- Oversee accounts receivable (collections) for both the Finance and Levies portfolios
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure the team's contributions positively impact the quality of the loan portfolio
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of provided data
- Develop predictive measures to optimize business performance
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports
- Provide valuable business insights to the leadership team through data analysis
- Foster business relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead the team through effective leadership, support, and guidance
- Handle data management and reporting functions
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a keen attention to detail
- Proven experience using reporting and analytical tools, including MS Excel, Access, and similar applications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities, with a aptitude for delegating tasks effectively
- Experience in leading both outbound and inbound contact centers
- Familiarity with various collections concepts, practices, strategies, and procedures
